Job Description
Assist in validating outgoing files for accuracy in data and layout.
Provide administrative support to senior implementation team members.
The candidate in this role will be responsible for configuration and testing during different stages of implementation on the Aptia 365+ platform. Candidate will be responsible for the completion of all process, procedure and training related tasks, which form a part of an implementation.
Candidate in this role will be responsible for system configuration, testing and review
Demonstrate good setup & testing.
Ensure workflow usage and implement process improvements
Participate in process / domain training / info shares
Meet or exceed all the SLAs for delivered assignments
Follow all the standard procedures of the process
Ability to creatively find workarounds and good problem-solving capability
Ensuring compliance of all internal and client policies
Keeping process documents updated.
Driving Process improvements
Learn and understand business specific domain.

What you need to have:
Knowledge & Skills:
Good understanding of implementation process and process model.
Understanding of test management and defect management tools preferred.
Understanding of Testing Life Cycle and Defect Life Cycle.
Fair understanding of SQL
Knowledge of creating Test Cases
ISTQB certification (preferred)
Analytical, independent, inquisitive, detail oriented and takes initiative.
Clear and analytical approach to problem solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interaction with others and time management skills.
Education:
B.Tech / MCA/ B.Sc.(IT) / BCA from reputable institute in any stream
