Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to design and develop innovative solutions that meet customer expectations and requirements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating robust, scalable systems while mentoring junior developers and contributing to overall technical direction. This role requires advanced technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in analyzing and implementing complex requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all stages of software development, from analysis to implementation and support.
• Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems or applications.
• Transform business requirements into system definitions, propose clear solutions, and ensure seamless execution.
• Create technical specifications based on conceptual designs and stated business needs.
• Communicate technical designs using flowcharts, Unified Data Language, and Data Flow Diagrams.
• Identify gaps in software requirements or system development models and recommend enhancements.
• Analyze code to identify errors and make necessary revisions to improve functionality.
• Collaborate with teams in code reviews and software design discussions to determine technical requirements.
• Consult with end users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Maintain, support, and document software functionality, adhering to best practices in coding and version control.
• Actively participate in software design meetings and contribute to the technical direction of projects.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in:
• Angular 2 and above
• ASP.NET and .NET Core Web API
• C#.NET
• SQL Server: tables, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers
• WCF/Web Services
• Strong knowledge of:
• Code management and version control
• Data management and manipulation
• Added Advantage:
• JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML5
• Excellent understanding of software architecture and implementation methods.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agile software development methodologies.
• Ability to conceptualize and influence application and interface projects to drive desirable outcomes.
• Proficiency in identifying risks during development and implementing mitigation strategies.
