Quality Control & Content Team Member

Brief of the Role:

• Responsible for developing a company's content strategy, as well as creating its deliverables.
• Analyzing the technical aspect of content creation/ review and working closely with the content lead/ project manager.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on emerging technologies to create accurate and engaging technical content.
• Develop RFPs by conducting thorough research and defining project requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships for outsourced content development, including tracking progress and resolving queries.
• Create templates, guidelines, and standard documents to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
• Create or assist in creation of PowerPoint presentations, Presenters Manuals, or course structures as and when required.
• Adhere to project delivery timelines and coordinate with the Team Lead/Project Manager on all projects.
• Apply instructional design models, including Aptech’s approved list of Bloom's Taxonomy, and Aptech checklists to structure content for different learning levels.
• Review courseware and ensure the quality of content delivered by vendors meets required standards.
• Ensure consistent output across all courses by adhering to quality and formatting guidelines.
• Proofread, spell-check, and check for plagiarism to ensure the highest quality of content.
• Maintain QA artifacts, track metrics, and conduct release testing to drive continuous quality improvement.
