The successful applicant will work as part of our Accounts Payable Teams.

Role demands verification of invoices of vendors with valid documents and entering in to the tool with appropriate details for further processing of payments from various sources.

Processing of AP invoices of global region based on work allocation.

• Responsible for processing/accounting/booking of all the vendor invoices received in a common mailbox (Booking/payments) within given timelines with:
  • Verification of invoices/bills for correctness
  • Booking with Appropriate GL code, department, product codes
  • Entering correct description and details of the invoice.
  • Getting invoices validated/approved from various counterparts.
• Responsible for managing and responding to Vendor queries.
• Awareness of Prepaid entries, amortization of expenses
• Awareness of accrual/Provisions accounting and its reversals
• Awareness of Employee expense claims and approve the expenses, ensuring the claims agree with Company Expense policy.
• • Responsible for preparing reconciliation for vendor/Employee Ledgers
  Responsible for preparing month close entries/details with accuracy.

  Ability to manage and balance the workload.

  Good at communications and interpersonal skills, to interact with other region s colleagues.

  Flexibility to work in shifts (if needed).

  Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially excel.

  Ability to consistently perform given tasks, with improved quality in the long run.

  Accountability and ownership of tasks is a must.
