3. Attending complaints related to AC/HVAC/Switch/Socket

4. Attending complaints related to AC

5. Regular maintenance of all the pumps and fixture along with RO plant

6. Operation and maintenance of the fire and safety system

7. Maintenance of the building after getting the instruction

8. Operation and maintenance of Telecom equipments.

9. Able to handle shift independently and guide team and ready to work in any shift

10. MIS filling for utility

11. MS word, MS Excel knowledge is mediatory ( Computer Knowledge )

12. Operation and maintenance of LT panel, DG , VCB & ACB

13. Attending complaints related to Power supply.

14. Vendor Communication & follow up for timely maintenance of AMC equipment’s

15. Maintain Power factor in every shift.

16. Audit documents review and filling asper site requirements
