IT Recruiter (Contract-Based Hiring Specialist)

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for contract-based roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.
Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Handle contract negotiations, including pay rates and terms.
Maintain an up-to-date database in the ATS and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
Qualifications and Skills
1-2 years of IT recruitment experience, with a focus on contract-based roles.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Proficiency in using ATS systems and sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field (preferred).
