Job Overview:

We are looking for talented Full Stack Developers/Backend Developer to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in both frontend and backend development, excellent problem-solving skills, and expertise in modern tech stacks. A solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications with a focus on quality and performance.
• Work on both frontend (React, Angular) and backend technologies (.NET, PHP, Python, MERN/MEAN stack).
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable code for both client and server-side components.
• Use SQL and MongoDB to manage and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features.
• Implement and maintain version control using Git.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum of 75% aggregate marks.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks like React and Angular.
• Experience with backend technologies such as MERN stack, MEAN stack, .NET, PHP, and Python.
• Knowledge of databases including SQL and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Git for version control.

Skills:

• Version control proficiency using Git, GitHub, or GitLab for collaboration and code management.
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills to identify and fix code issues efficiently.
• Agile development skills for delivering incremental progress and adapting to changes.
• Code optimization skills for writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
