As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Apptivos Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, designers, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure the CRM product meets the needs of our users and aligns with the companys strategic goals. You will also analyze market trends, gather user feedback, and prioritize features to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Work closely with senior leaders to set an ambitious and clear product vision for growing and scaling our business and product offerings. This role must be data focused, leveraging data and business insights to evaluate the performance of our product against business objectives, and pivot / adjust as appropriate, balancing risks, costs, and benefits effectively.
Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, and use this knowledge to improve Apptivo s product strategy and positioning.
Execution: Lead the product development process from concept to launch. Be responsible for all aspects of technology product development including discovery, requirements gathering, development,and implementation of features. Ensure rigor in execution and attention to detail by effectively managing the product feature backlog. Coordinate seamless Go-to-Market activities. Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations. Work closely with partners across the board, including UX, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Legal, Engineering, etc.
Communication and Reporting: Regularly provide updates to senior leaders, stakeholders, partners, squad members.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
4 to 6 years of experience with SaaS enterprise application platforms.
Deep understanding of CRM concepts, technologies & best practices.
Experience with client journeys, and demonstrated ability to synthesize data.
Technical background with a keen understanding of broader business needs and strategy.
Proficient in defining well-thought out user stories, with thorough acceptance criteria and use cases.
Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team within an interactive process and an Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills.
Curiosity to continually reevaluate existing designs.
Effective in partnering cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and working effectively with various levels of the organization as well as various personality types.
