Associate Director-US Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  Lead and mentor a high-performing staffing team to meet and exceed recruitment goals across multiple verticals. Develop and implement innovative staffing strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
  Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying talent needs, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Ensure best practices in candidate selection, providing a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Partner with senior leadership, HR, and business leaders to understand staffing needs, develop strategic talent acquisition plans, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Process Optimization:
  Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement new tools and technologies, and streamline workflows to drive efficiency in the recruitment lifecycle.
• Team Development & Management:
  Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment professionals, providing regular feedback, performance evaluations, and career development guidance. Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and excellence.
• Vendor & Partner Management:
  Manage relationships with third-party staffing agencies, job boards, and recruitment platforms. Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors deliver high-quality candidates within agreed timelines.
• Market Insights & Reporting:
  Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on key recruitment metrics, market trends, and areas of opportunity.
• Compliance & Diversity:
  Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to staffing and hiring practices. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse workforce.
