US Account Manager

The US Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts in the US market, ensuring that recruitment strategies and solutions align with client requirements. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their workforce needs, managing the recruitment process, and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

Mandatory Element Must have worked with any GSI clients like –Accenture / Cognizant .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned domestic clients, developing and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Understand clients’ recruitment needs, organizational culture, and business goals to provide tailored staffing solutions.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review recruitment progress, discuss future needs, and ensure satisfaction with services.
• Recruitment & Staffing Strategy:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the client’s goals, ensuring optimal talent acquisition.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client specifications.
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate placement.
• Advise clients on market trends, compensation packages, and effective recruitment practices.Account Management:
• Ensure the timely delivery of quality candidates while maintaining compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
• Monitor recruitment progress and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in recruitment or account management, ideally in a US market context.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment processes, employment law, and market trends.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
