Job Description: Junior Inside Sales Representative/Business Development Associate
We are seeking a motivated Junior Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will excel in cold calling, prospecting, and emailing potential clients to generate leads. They will work diligently in the Sales CRM to track activities, manage pipelines, and ensure meetings are scheduled on the calendar. Strong communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven attitude are essential for this role.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Assist in identifying potential clients, establishing relationships, and developing new business opportunities in the US staffing industry.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging demands in the IT staffing space to enhance business development strategies.
Lead Generation: Support the team in generating new leads by identifying key decision-makers and building a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calls, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls and email campaigns to identify new prospects.
Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records in the Sales CRM.
Preferred candidate profile
Up to 6 months of experience or internships in business development, sales, or client management
Strong interest in pursuing a career in business development within the US staffing industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking skills with an ability to build relationships with clients and vendors.
