. Content Creation Curation Assist in brainstorming and creating engaging content for our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc). This includes text posts, images, infographics, videos, and more. Youll also curate relevant and interesting content from other sources.
Social Media Management Schedule and publish content to our social media channels according to a predefined calendar. Monitor brand mentions, track industry trends, and respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
Community Engagement Help build and nurture a thriving online community by interacting with followers, running contests and giveaways (where applicable), and encouraging meaningful conversations.
Analytics Reporting Assist in tracking social media performance metrics (e.g., likes, shares, reach, website traffic) and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Staying on Top of Trends Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and tools. Research and suggest new strategies to enhance our social media presence.
