IT Administrator

IT Administrator oversee organizations' computer systems and manage IT teams.

He/She will maintain information systems and networks, upgrade and install new hardware and software, and perform troubleshooting.

Need to back up data and manage network security.

Experience

Mandatory skills

• Knowledge on complete Desktop and Server support.
• Configuring servers using 2003, 2008,2012, 2016 and 2019.
• Knowledge on Active Directory services, Installing active directory-Domain controller, group policies and adding Client machines in to AD
• User administration i.e., setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords
• Knowledge on remote technical assistance
• Software installations and configurations.
• Establishing LAN, adding / removing nodes to / from LAN
• Working knowledge of MS Active Directory 2012 and 2016
• Knowledge on DNS, DHCP & FTP
• Knowledge on firewalls, routers and switches(Cisco, WatchGuard)
• Giving complete technical support to all virus-related issues and network related issues
• Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection.
• Knowledge on office365 exchange server
• Backup and Recovery of the project documents and source
• Desktop/Laptop Hardware support
• Software installations / configurations as needed
• Monitoring network usage
• Monitoring and controlling of internet usage
• Working closely with other departments/organizations and collaborating with other IT staff.
• Provisioning Virtual Machines both windows & Linux
• Linux OS installation and configurations & Disk mount/resize
• Network Security Groups
• VM Disk Management
• Knowledge on Azure, GCP and AWS Cloud
• Knowledge on Azure Backup and Recovery Service process
• OS Installation and troubleshooting
• MS office installation and Outlook configuration.
• Knowledge on Hyper-V Servers
• Knowledge on remote locations support

Additional Requirement

• Flexible to work in any shift or time schedule.
• Open to accommodating urgent or on-demand requests.
• Available to work on weekends in case of emergencies.
