Role & responsibilities
- OS Installations/Formats/Up-gradations.
- Total System/Printer Hardware issues L2 Switching, Network Issues.
- Application Troubleshooting (MS Office, Outlook, Acrobat, Antivirus updates, windows updates).
- Email IDs Creation, deletion, password reset, forwarding, provisioning and Control panel management, configuration.
- Preparation and review of validation protocols.
- Managing change controls and incidents of QC and Packing departments.
- To implement and ensure security configuration of application servers/clients.
- Participate and support during audits.
- Taking, Archiving and Monitoring of all applications backups for QC and packing departments.
- Good knowledge on GMP.
