Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to oversee all technical projects and drive the development process from conception to deployment. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and aligning technical strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of code quality.
• Define the technical vision, drive architecture decisions, and ensure scalable and maintainable systems.
• Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and business development to align project goals.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
