Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can help us grow our business pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential clients from Europe, USA, and Canada for our Web Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, and Digital Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate qualified B2B leads from Europe, USA, and Canada.
• Target prospects for Web, Mobile, SaaS, and SEO services.
• Use LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools, and other digital channels for prospecting.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to nurture leads into opportunities.
• Schedule and set up introductory meetings or demos with potential clients.
• Research prospects and prepare effective outreach campaigns.
• Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years of proven experience in international lead generation or B2B sales.
• Strong knowledge of digital and IT services (web, mobile, SEO, SaaS, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold outreach methods.
• Ability to understand client pain points and pitch suitable solutions.
• Experience working with European and North American clients is preferred.
