Job description
- Application requirement analysis
- Onboarding an application in SNOW
- User management, AD groups creation, Managing AD groups
- End to end SSO implementation process from Bank Security
- Application testing - Sanity Testing, error identification, Bug/defect management
Project Level -
- Application information gathering
- Infrastructure setup - windows, Linux
- Server maintenance and support
Monitoring-
- Setup application monitoring plan
- Daily batch monitoring and ETL executions
- Tidal job setup and monitoring
Problem Management
- Addressing problem, troubleshooting, assessing technical solutions
- Check logs, work with cross functional teams to resolve issues.
- Use - Putty, SQL, Robo 3T
- Follow ITSM, Change and Problem Management
