Application Support Analyst

Job Description:

Manhattan Associates - Functional-L3 / L2 and Technical - L3 /L2. You are responsible for contribution to the functional design, architecture of the solution and product configuration for an implementation.

As a Senior Developer, you are responsible for development, support, maintenance, and implementation of a complex project module. You should be able to work as an independent team member. You should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers. You should be able to coach, guide and mentor junior members in the team.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Working with cross-functional teams, the candidate will participate in collecting and documenting operational needs to meet business expectations.

Should have experience in working with PL/SQL with advance knowledge.
