Application Support Analyst

.Ability to triage, manage and resolve technical issues.
.Working knowledge of cross cutting technologies (Java, microservices, Tanzu / Kubernetes, Kafka, DataStage, MarkLogic, Oracle, SQL).
.Good exposure of technical working practices (DevOps CI/CD pipelines, knowledge of distributed tracing, Kibana & Dynatrace dashboarding, Power BI).
.Experience in utilizing and performing minor developments to existing support scripts.
.Good knowledge of Service.Now version Vancouver or later
.Strong verbal communication skills.Detail Oriented.
.Self.organizing and able to act under own initiative.
.Participate in and be the voice of support in program increment planning and prioritization sessions when neededSkills
.Experience of supporting Fund Services business applications.
.Experience of working as part of an agile scrum team.
.Exposure to script writing and basic development activity.
