Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst

We re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our SDG Production Services team in Liquidity and Financing Platform (Deposit Enablement) team. This role is located in Pune-MH, HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Ability to handle day-to-day user queries, support activities for applications and overnight batches.
• Identify, define, and implement required monitoring and automation solutions.
• Ability to deal with time sensitive issues in support of critical service level commitments.
• Maintenance of Issues logs, knowledge base articles and documentation.
• Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicate to management throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Performs complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert in one or more applications.
• Leads root cause analysis and problem management for problems to address underlying technical issues.
• Work closely with developers on continuous integration / continuous delivery solutions.
• Production readiness reviews for new releases and validate the supportability of changes prior to introduction into production.
• Experience in application deployment / release activities.
  
  To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:
• Previous production support experience is a must, ideally within Finance or Banking will be added advantage.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Contributes to the achievement of area objectives.
