Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst II

• Fields calls and respond to alerts
• Addresses technical problems by following defined procedures
• Monitors applications and respond to incidents
• Perform routine health checks and validations after changes or significant incidents
• Follows defined procedures for incident resolution
• Escalate to second level application or infrastructure support for new or high priority incidents
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes
• Contributes to the achievement of team objectives

MODIFIED BASED UPON LOCAL REGULATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
• 0-3 years of experience in applications support or production environment required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
