QA Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The QA Manager should make substantive contributions to the QA team by suggesting process improvements and implementing/enhancing automation. He/she will be closely working with the PM.
• You will lead the testing team and will be accountable for quality across organization
• Attend calls with customers to discuss quality of products
• Keep management up to date on project status for testing
• Help the team in adopting latest SQA processes and trends.
• Closely working with BA and development team
• Helping the automation team in updating automation framework with quality standards
• Work with team members and help them with technical/non-technical issues
• Mentor and help up new/ junior team members.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• QA Manager with 6-9 years of experience in software testing (automation and manual).
• Excellent knowledge of software testing life cycle.
• Should have hands on experience in API testing, test planning, test analysis, test design, construction and verification, testing cycles etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be experienced in Automation testing using Appium, Postman, RestAssured etc.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environment.
• Experience working with databases like MySQL, writing queries and validating results.
• Experience in performance testing using JMeter or some other tool.
• Knowledge of Devops tools like Jenkins will be an added advantage.
