Technical Support Engineer L2

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive who will be responsible for maintaining and creating reports and resolving technical issues.

Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Technical Support Executive located in Gurugram. The Technical Support Executive will be responsible who will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues raised by clients and maintaining and creating logs and required reports.

• Provide technical assistance to customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with other teams such as development and quality assurance to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Work on database mapping
• Generate reports to provide insights into customer support trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage and escalate issues to higher levels of support or development teams when necessary, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Required Technical Skills:

• Ability to write SQL queries
• Excellent knowledge on Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots, Data formatting etc.)
• Ability to look at the logs and share the exact error with the tech team.
