Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with Applexus business goals and objectives on a global scale.
- Ensure that the IT strategy supports the overall vision and mission of Applexus.
- Ensure that the Companys systems and networks meet or exceed industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Identify and mitigate IT-related risks, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity in the event of technology disruptions.
- Regularly review and update disaster recovery plans and procedures.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring they provide high-quality services that meet the Companys requirements and standards.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to maximize value and performance.
- Plan and allocate necessary hardware, software, and tools to ensure the IT team can perform their duties effectively.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to enhance the Company s IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate with senior management and other departments to ensure that IT initiatives are aligned with Applexus goals and business processes.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between IT and other business units.
- Lead and support IT team members in achieving their goals, continuously evaluating individual performance and taking necessary actions to ensure team success.
- Promote the professional development of team members through training, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
- Assist senior managers in IT budget planning and implementation, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Monitor IT expenditures and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints and financial goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in system and network administration and soft skills.
- Implement initiatives to keep the IT team knowledgeable and skilled in emerging technologies and best practices.
- Oversee the global IT operations, ensuring consistent performance and reliability across all regions.
- Develop and enforce global IT policies and procedures to maintain standardization and efficiency
