- Strong interpersonal skills, with frequent collaboration with local factories and US teams required
- This position requires travel to US or China
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Lua, Python, or similar)
- Expertise in statistical data analysis and data mining
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and project management skills
- Hands-on experience to root cause engineering issues and recommend design improvements
- Self-motivated, capable of independent work, and quick to learn
