Business Analyst

Brickendon Consulting have existing projects with a number of global banks and have been engaged to provide teams of Business Analysts to deliver large scale transformation change initiatives for our tier one banking clients.

Role & responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements related to processes, systems, and technologies. • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing workflows, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications that serve as a foundation for technology enhancements.
• Process Optimization: • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance processes to increase efficiency, reduce risks, and improve client satisfaction. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to teams and senior leadership. • Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards that aid in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking business goals.
• Client Experience Enhancement: • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the client onboarding process, account management, and overall customer experience. • Propose and implement strategies to enhance digital interactions and engagement with clients.
• Regulatory Compliance: • Stay updated on relevant industry regulations, compliance standards, and market trends.
• Project Management: • Lead or participate in projects related to process improvements, technology implementations, and operational enhancements. • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
