Job Description

Front-end Architecture: Lead the development of sophisticated web applications using React.js, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Component Design Development: Design and develop reusable, modular, and efficient React components to streamline development efforts.
Advanced State Management: Implement robust state management using Redux, Context API, or other state management tools to handle complex application logic.
API Integration: Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Code Reviews Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to uphold coding standards and best practices.
Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of web applications, focusing on minimizing load times and ensuring smooth user experiences across all devices.
Testing Debugging: Ensure the reliability and quality of your code by writing and maintaining unit and integration tests using testing libraries like Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.
Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing.
Version Control CI/CD: Manage code using Git and contribute to the CI/CD pipeline to ensure smooth and continuous integration and deployment.
Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development,

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in front-end development with a deep focus on React.js.
Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies.
Solid understanding of React.js core concepts, including hooks, component lifecycle, and virtual DOM.
Advanced experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
Familiarity with TypeScript is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and experience working with RESTful APIs.
Proficient in front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
Demonstrated experience with performance optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, code splitting).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to debug complex issues.
Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to sprint planning and review sessions.
