This position involves counseling patients over the phone, assisting them in downloading and using our app, coordinating on reports and medications, and ensuring seamless communication. A strong understanding of patient care and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and professional counseling to patients over the phone, addressing their concerns and queries effectively.
Assist patients in downloading, installing, and navigating the company’s app to ensure they can access their health information easily.
Coordinate with patients regarding their medical reports and ensure timely follow-up.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of patient care principles and ensure all interactions reflect empathy and professionalism.
Address and resolve patient concerns promptly, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare stakeholders
