Job Role: Water & Utility System Engineer

Experience.: Overall 5-8 year of industry experience . - Good knowledge in Water Systems

Role & responsibilities

1. Look after maintenance and operations of DM Water Plant & Purified Water Plant in shifts.
2. Recording & Ensuring daily Water Treatment operational log sheets as per GDP.
3. Close monitoring & ensuring PPE usage by workmen at operational areas.
4. Operation of Sanitization, CIP & Regeneration of Water Treatment Plants on day to day basis.
5. Close monitoring the process water consumption & tracking the abnormalities.
6. Addition of water treatment chemicals and recording the same.
7. Preparation of list of spares & day to day monitoring the availability of critical spares.
8. Also responsible for the work of senior in the absence of senior.
9. Adhering to the company's established processes and rules and ensuring that the team does as well.
10. Compliance with SOPs, cGMP and EHSS standards.
11. Updating on day to day activates and subsequent plan with reporting manager

• Educational Qualification:

Diploma / BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have relevant experience in the pharmaceutical Industry and have regulatory exposure to USFDA/ MHRA/EU/TGA etc.
• Should be assertive, proactive, and self-driven.
