Patient Care : Diagnose and manage patients with musculoskeletal conditions through comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up care . Surgical Assistance : Assist senior orthopaedic consultants in surgical procedures, ensuring a high standard of surgical care and adherence to safety protocols . Clinical Duties : Conduct regular ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and emergency consultations, providing timely and accurate diagnoses and treatment plans . Collaboration : Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, radiologists, nurses, and other specialists to ensure holistic patient care . Medical Records : Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients, documenting assessments, treatments, and follow-up care . Training and Education : Mentor junior staff, medical students, and interns, providing guidance, support, and educational opportunities . Qualifications : Medical degree from a recognized institution and registration with the relevant medical board . Completion or in pursuit of postgraduate training in orthopaedic surgery or orthopaedic registrar program . Proven experience in orthopaedics through internships, residencies, or previous registrar roles . Proficient surgical skills, including assisting in orthopaedic procedures and trauma management . Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment .
