Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Factory (ADF) Synapse Engineer to join our data engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of data pipelines, data integration workflows, and analytics solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse Analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless movement and transformation of data across various systems to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources into Azure Synapse Analytics or other storage solutions.
• Integrate data from on-premises, cloud, and hybrid sources, leveraging ADF's built-in connectors and data flows for seamless data movement and transformation.
• Azure Synapse Analytics: Design and optimize data models and SQL queries within Azure Synapse to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence needs.
• Develop automated processes for data pipeline execution, monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Data Transformation: Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to design and implement data transformation and aggregation logic to meet business requirements.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize ADF pipelines and Synapse SQL queries for scalability and efficiency, ensuring low-latency data processing and high-performance analytics.
• Security & Compliance: Implement data security best practices to ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
