Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage and oversee operations across multiple Beauty Advisor (BA) outlets in the region. The role requires expertise in retail management, team leadership and sales operations.Key Responsibilities:

1. 1)Oversee and manage 20-25 Beauty Advisor outlets.
2. 2)Ensure smooth daily operations at each outlet.
3. 3)Achieve monthly sales targets for Beauty Advisors.
4. 4)Monitor and maintain high grooming standards for Beauty Advisors.
5. 5)Oversee the supply chain and ensure business processes run effectively.
6. 6)Coordinate and manage store activations.
7. 7)Lead recruitment and selection processes for Beauty Advisors in the region.

Requirements:

• 1)Prior experience in managing Beauty Advisor outlets, with a strong track record of handling a team.
• 2)Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• 3)Strong knowledge of the beauty and personal care industry.
• 4)Ability to drive sales and motivate teams to meet targets.
• 5)Exceptional communication skills.
