Prospecting and qualification: Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other communication channels
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, qualify leads, and determine their fit with the company's products or services
Relationship building: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and rapport building
Understand their business challenges and pain points, and position the company's offerings as solutions that meet their needs
Product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, value proposition, and competitive advantages
Articulate the features, benefits, and unique selling points to prospects in a compelling and persuasive manner
Consultative selling: Adopt a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide value-added recommendations
Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and presentations that address client requirements
Sales pipeline management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system
Track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes
Collaboration with internal teams: Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts, share insights, and provide feedback on target market trends and customer preferences
Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and support the transition from lead generation to sales closure
Market intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and refine the company's value proposition
Professional development: Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through self-learning, attending industry conferences, and participating in professional development programs
Stay abreast of best practices in business development and sales techniques
Requirements:Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Relevant certifications in sales or business development are advantageous
Sales and business development experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment
Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and consultative selling is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects, articulate value propositions, and build rapport
