Responsibilities
Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates suitability for specific IT roles.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and acceptance.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure up-to-date candidate information.
Stay current on industry trends and IT market dynamics to enhance recruitment strategies.
Engage in talent networking activities and attend job fairs to promote hiring initiatives.
Provide feedback and updates to hiring managers on candidate status and recruitment efforts.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in IT recruitment is preferred; however, entry-level candidates with relevant skills will be considered.
