Managing Consultant - OSC / CPQ / CRM

Key roles and responsibilities :

- Manage Consulting Projects

- Identify needed resources, assign responsibilities and develop time frames to facilitate successful completion of activities and deliverables

- Identify and assess pros and cons of possible alternatives and select and develop the most appropriate solution for the client

- Manage the client relationship

- Understand, mitigate and manage risks and issues

- Deliver and present high-quality results on time to the client

- Preserve an impeccable professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance of self and project team always

- Foster an environment of continuous learning and development for self and others

- Support practice development efforts through training, delivery and sharing project lessons learned

Desired skills :

- Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations

- Effectively deliver projects on-time, on-budget within scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations

- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

- Strong facilitation skills

Qualifications :

- Bachelor or Masters degree from a reputable university

To be considered for our openings, you would need to have the following experience :

- 8-15 years of previous work experience as a Senior Manager in consulting services

Key skills :

- Experience working with CRM implementations - preferably Oracle CX applications(Cloud applications like Oracle Sales Cloud/Engagement cloud, Service cloud, CPQ cloud)

- Excellent analytical skills

- Leadership potential
