- Should have overall 7+ years of overall experience in SAP Access management and authorizations
- Should have worked on & completed at-least 1 SuccessFactors EC implementation project
- Expert knowledge of RBP concept & authorizations in SAP SuccessFactors including design and build of permission roles (for both IT and Business users), permission groups etc
- Very good understanding of critical authorizations in SAP SuccessFactors & HCM
- Sound knowledge of different access reports available within SuccessFactors
- Good knowledge and working experience of SAP HCM authorizations
- Good knowledge of SoD risks within HCM/SuccessFactors
- Project implementation experience i.e., aware of different project phases (design, build, test, cutover etc.) and deliverables
- Good communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms
