Civil Engineer- Navi Mumbai

Apeejay Education Society is looking for a Civil Engineer managing site planning, execution, billing, reports, safety and security, MEP for their projects location in Mumbai.

JD:-

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution:

• Oversee site activities to ensure timely project execution within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to meet project requirements.
• Monitor progress and resolve any on-site challenges.

2. MEP Coordination:

• Supervise MEP installations and ensure integration with civil works.
• Collaborate with MEP consultants to align with project specifications.

3. Documentation:

• Prepare, maintain, and submit all necessary documentation, including project reports, schedules, and compliance paperwork.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.

4. Quality Control and Safety:

• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.
• Implement safety measures on-site and provide guidance to the team.

5. Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate project progress and issues to management.
• Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders.

6. Billing and Cost Management:

• Prepare, verify, and process contractor and vendor bills.
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to the budget.
• Maintain accurate records of quantities, work completed, and payments.
