Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth in our IT services vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, lead filtering, and lead nurturing to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identify potential clients and business opportunities in IT products and services, including web development and digital solutions.

• Cold Calling & Lead Filtering- Conduct outreach to prospects, qualify leads, and ensure a strong sales pipeline.

• Lead Nurturing & Relationship Management - Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and key decision-makers.

• Sales Strategy & Execution- Develop sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

• Proposal Development & Pitching- Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals and sales presentations.

• CRM & Reporting -Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and pipeline progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in business development, IT sales, or B2B sales.
• Proven track record in cold calling, lead filtering, and nurturing leads to conversions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales automation, and digital outreach strategies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in selling IT products and services, SaaS solutions, or digital transformation projects.
• Understanding of software solutions, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Strong industry network and ability to close high-value deals.
