Chartered Accountant - Internal Audit / Taxation / Statutory Audit

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Indirect Taxation & GST: Manage indirect taxation matters, including GST compliance, return filing, and audit.
• Statutory Audit: Conduct statutory audits for clients, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source): Handle TDS compliance, filings, and assessments.
• Internal Audit: Conduct thorough internal audits to evaluate internal controls, processes, and compliance.
• Export & International Taxation: Provide expertise on international taxation, including cross-border taxation issues, export compliance, and related reporting.
• Transfer Pricing: Assist with transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
• Return Filing & ITR Filing: Prepare and file income tax returns (ITR), GST returns, and other statutory filings.
• Direct Taxation: Advise clients on direct tax matters, including tax planning and compliance.
• Litigation: Represent clients in tax-related litigation, resolve disputes with tax authorities, and ensure compliance with all tax laws.
• Other Responsibilities: Provide expert tax advice to clients, ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, and handle various financial matters.

Preferred candidate profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong understanding of Indian tax laws.
• Proficient in GST, TDS, and other indirect tax matters.
• Experience with statutory audits, internal audits, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of international taxation, transfer pricing, and export tax issues.
• Expertise in filing tax returns, including ITR, and managing tax litigation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
