Role Summary

Working closely with our Global Audio Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of legally compliant audio services to all of Anuvu s audio clients and provide admin/processing assistance as required. The candidate must be able to use various online and internal tools to identify the correct music copyright ownership to ensure all content selections made by our Global Audio Team is in-line with Anuvu s legal requirements, financial expectations, and overall global strategy.

Location: Anywhere in India

Remote Options: Remote.

What You ll Be Doing

• Research podcast content and work with owners & producers to secure the content
• Conduct copyright clearance checks and create lists of legally compliant content for global audio team
• Assist the global audio team to ensure on-time delivery of audio services across all clients, as required.
• Copyright clearance checks in a supporting role for global audio team.
• Internal liaison (calls, emails, meetings, chat) with Anuvu s global audio team, and other internal departments, as required.
• Liaison with audio management team, as required.
• Compliance checks for inbound 3 rd party media, as required.
• Administrative support and assistance with tasks such as music usage/royalty reports.

Expectations

• Confident working independently, with remote supervision.
• Would collaborate and contribute to group discussions (in English)

What We re Looking For

• MS Excel & English language skills are essential, and any additional languages would be advantageous
• Good knowledge of entertainment, including podcast, content
• Previous administration and research experience
• Content licensing experience preferred but not essential
