Job Description :
- We are seeking an experienced Channel Partnership Managers to lead the development and expansion of our Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) network for distributing Organisations financial products.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, organizing, and executing events to drive engagement and sales while managing a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to enhance our distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Distribution Network:
- Build and expand the network of IFAs and MFDs to distribute Organisation's investment products.
- Identify, onboard and nurture relationships with potential partners to grow the channel.
- Drive partner engagement through consistent communication, training, and support to optimise sales performance.
- Build the offline distribution of SDI and Bonds
Organise and Lead Offline Events:
- Plan, organise, and lead offline events, seminars, and workshops to promote Organisation's products among IFAs, MFDs, and potential clients.
- Develop targeted strategies for event marketing and outreach to maximise attendance and engagement.
- Manage event budgets, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up to ensure successful execution.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Build and lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) dedicated to developing the channel.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to RMs to help them achieve their targets and maintain high performance.
- Set clear goals, monitor team performance, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and motivation.
Work Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA / PG with 8-12 years of relevant experience in the financial products and wealth management industry.
- Proven track record in B2B distribution of bonds or fixed-income products is preferred.
- Strong background in sales and wealth management, demonstrating a hands-on approach to client acquisition and relationship building.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams to achieve set objectives.
- Proficient in organising events and driving sales through multiple distribution channels.
