Location : Gurgaon
Job Overview : To manage and complete handling of Pan India Business and Responsible for Revenue, Relationship Management, Operations for Fintech / NBFC Business in Digital Lending
Job Role:
Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and Execute a comprehensive Pan India BD strategy covering major industrial clusters to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets.
- Oversee the Regional Teams & also direct BD efforts, including client prospecting, relationship-building, and deal closures.
- Support and guide digital sales and channel partner teams to maximize their effectiveness.
- Following up on the collections.
Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients, understanding their trade finance needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Build Strategy & Mechanism to Source leads every month through team efforts. And Monitor Conversion of leads every month through the identified ecosystem.
- Develop and manage good network of corporate customers, bankers, rating agencies etc.
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract new customers.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of professionals (Across Regions) under your supervision as per Business Volumes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to your team, setting clear targets and performance expectations.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
Team Management:
- Manage all Digital Lending activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and risk management.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to tailor services and strategies to local needs.
Performance Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to CEO management.
- Develop and implement improvement plans as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Work Experience / Educational Qualification / Skills :
- MBA ( with 15+years of experience) with proven experience in Digital Lending in Financial Services, or a related industry, with at least 10+ years of experience in team leadership role
- Strong understanding of Digital Lending Products, Processes, and Industry Regulations.
- Good experience in strategic planning, implementation of strategies to increase sales and the bottom-line profit, business unit development and identifying deficiencies and potential opportunities in the market space,
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue goals.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills/ Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving business environment. Entrepreneurial Mindset
