HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Recruitment:
• Post job openings on job boards and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Onboarding and Offboarding:
• Assist in the onboarding process, preparing documentation, and ensuring new employees are well-integrated.
• Help with exit interviews and paperwork for departing employees.
• Employee Records Management:
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure all employee documentation is accurate and complete.
• Employee Engagement:
• Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and team-building sessions.
• Assist in conducting employee surveys and compiling feedback.
• Policy Support:
• Assist in the documentation and communication of HR policies.
• Help ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
• General HR Assistance:
• Provide support to the HR team in day-to-day HR operations.
• Assist in various HR projects as needed.Role & responsibilities
