Job Summary:

The Person will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts, and manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor actual performance against budgets.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Expense Management: Review and approve expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (IDS & Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
