We specialize in developing luxury care homes, transition centers, and retail health studios that offer superior healthcare and personalized services for senior citizens. Our properties cater to VIP and international patients who seek premium healthcare and accommodation options. We are now looking for a Property Acquisition Manager to support our expansion in the creation of luxury care homes, transition centers, and retail health studios.

Position Overview:

The Property Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in the growth and development of Antara Senior Care. This individual will be responsible for identifying retrofit buildings, raw-to-ready properties, and retail spaces across India, specifically in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and other cities where we are expanding. The role involves finding properties for building luxury small hospital transition centers, care homes for VIP and international patients, and retail spaces for warehouses and health studios. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property acquisition and a strong network of property dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Identification & Sourcing: Identify retrofit buildings (100-150 rooms), semi-constructed to fully constructed properties, and retail spaces suitable for our luxury care homes, transition centers, and health studios.
• Site Analysis: Evaluate and assess properties to ensure they meet the requirements for transition centers or care homes, with a focus on functionality and location.
• Market Research: Conduct market research in cities where Antara is expanding, including Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad, to identify suitable properties for acquisition.
• Networking: Build and maintain relationships with local property dealers, real estate agents, and landowners.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations with property owners for the purchase or lease of properties, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Antara Senior Care.
• Lease Agreements: Collaborate with the legal team to finalize lease agreements and property documentation.
• Handover to Infra Team: Once properties are secured, facilitate the handover to the infrastructure team for interior construction.
• Travel: Regular travel across India to assess properties, meet with dealers, and negotiate deals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development (BD) and property acquisition, specifically in the real estate sector (PGs, hotels, hospitals, etc.).
• Experience in Property Acquisition for small to mid-size buildings (100 rooms or more), including retrofit, semi-constructed, and fully constructed properties.
• Strong network of property dealers and landowners across India, particularly in North and South India (Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad).
• Proven track record in negotiating leases and property acquisitions.
• Comfortable with frequent travel for property site visits and business development activities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to property acquisition and lease agreements.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in acquisition for luxury care homes, transition centers, or healthcare facilities.
• Knowledge of retail space acquisition for healthcare-related retail establishments.
