Property Acquisition Manager - Business Development

Role & responsibilities :

1. Responsible for Acquiring of Commercial Properties and Shops for Retail Stores
2. Finalizing new Properties and Renewals of Existing documents.
3. Responsible for Documentation including Agreement Renewals, Rent Escalations etc.,
4. Candidate should have good work management skills.
5. Leasing and property buying experience is pivotal.
6. Candidate should have good work management skills.
7. Networking with Property Owners, Builders.
8. Liaison with sales managers and management for New Projects Planning.
9. Should have good knowledge in preparing new and existing project reports.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Should have strong negotiation and Coordination skills.
3. Should be proficient in Word, Excel & Power point presentation.
4. Should have good experience in reviewing/ assessing building plans.
5. Proven track record in real estate acquisition and business development, preferably in the clothing/ lifestyle retail industry.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Passion for the retail industry and a keen eye for real estate.
8. Travel is mandatory.
9. Self-motivated and self-directed with an ability to think innovatively.
