Whom are we looking for?

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can effectively bridge the gap between product vision, technical execution, and business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding product requirements, breaking down tasks, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- A technical leader who is not just a manager but also an active coder capable of diving into the codebase when required.

- A strategic thinker with strong managerial abilities to coordinate across teams.

- Experience handling a 10 member team, ensuring accountability and efficiency.

- 5+ years of experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with clients, founders, tech team, and the client success team.

- A proactive problem solver who ensures smooth project execution and timely delivery.

- An Extrovert!

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of MERN stack, Python, and Azure technologies.

- Ability to assess and evaluate technical feasibility of product requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Understanding & Requirements Gathering :

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document product requirements.

- Engage in a client-facing role to gather feedback and refine product vision.

Team & Project Management :

- Subdivide work efficiently among a team of 10-15 members, ensuring clear deliverables.

- Manage the tech team by setting expectations, tracking progress, and mitigating roadblocks.

- Follow up on deadlines to ensure timely project delivery.

Cross-functional Coordination :

- Work closely with the founders to align product direction with business objectives.

- Collaborate with the tech team to ensure the feasibility and scalability of solutions.

- Interface with the client success team to address customer needs and improve product adoption.

- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth flow of communication and expectations.
