D2C Manager - Website (5-10 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of the D2C website, ensuring optimal functionality, performance, and user experience.

- Work with development teams to continuously improve website navigation, checkout processes, and other key features to enhance customer experience.

- Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and compelling product descriptions, images, and prices

- Work closely with the supply chain and inventory teams to manage stock levels and ensure products are available for online sale.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales growth and achieve revenue targets

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, SEO, social media, and affiliate marketing programs.

- Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion rates to optimize marketing campaigns.

- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, and average order value

- Implement loyalty and retention strategies, such as promotions, discounts, and personalized offers.

Requirements:

- 3-5years of continuous experience in handling commerce website for D2C brands.

- Proven experience in driving online sales and managing e-commerce platforms.

- Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and e-commerce KPIs.

- Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing software, and SEO tools.
