Product Manager

- Experience: 3-5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or virtual event platforms.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of agile development practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

- Proficient in data analysis and experience using product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mix panel).

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to translate customer needs and business requirements into actionable product plans.

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes, and experience working closely with technical teams.

- Customer-Centric: A deep commitment to understanding user needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Preferred:

- Experience working with event management tools or platforms.

- Knowledge of the current trends and technologies in the virtual conferencing space. Proven success in leading a product to market and growing user engagement.
