Full Stack Engineer (with Strong Frontend Knowledge)

Position Overview :

The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for both frontend and backend development tasks related to the Referral Landing Page and Referral Campaigns Optimization. With a strong frontend background, the engineer will focus on ensuring referral pages are fully optimized for performance, scalability, and seamless integration within Salesforce CRM to drive a high volume of referrals.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Referral Landing Pages with an emphasis on user experience, responsiveness, and performance optimization.

- Integrate referral campaign logic and tracking mechanisms directly into the Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data flow and reporting.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement referral campaign ideas and test variations for improved conversions.

- Optimize referral page and campaign performance to handle high traffic and deliver seamless user experiences.

- Ensure smooth data flow between referral landing pages and Salesforce, enabling real-time tracking and actionable insights.

- Monitor and enhance the performance of referral campaigns by analyzing metrics within Salesforce and implementing necessary optimizations.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Salesforce integrations and referral campaign workflows.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Salesforce technologies.

- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Next.js for creating responsive and user-friendly landing pages.

- Proven experience optimizing landing pages and campaigns for performance and user engagement.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its application in referral campaign management.

- Familiarity with Salesforce reports and dashboards for monitoring referral performance.

- Experience in A/B testing for campaigns to optimize conversions and referral engagement.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud for building customer-facing referral portals.

- Knowledge of Salesforce security best practices and fraud prevention in referral systems.

- Understanding of gamification strategies to boost user engagement in referral campaigns.
